Setting Up QuickBooks Online

This class is designed for people who have already purchased a QuickBooks Online subscription and are setting it up for the first time or would like to learn more about essential settings.

The class consists of three one hour sessions that will meet weekly. We will discuss basic company settings, menu navigation, connecting bank and credit card feeds, setting up QB payment options, understanding and using the chart of accounts correctly, using the bank feed to review transactions, plus how to give your accountant access to your books.

Apple’s iCloud service will be discussed as to the benefits of this service to help secure your data as well as allow your data to be used across multiple Apple devices. The App Store will be explained as a way to find additional applications that may meet your varied interest and needs.
