Karen integrates pelvic floor exercises into a yoga practice designed to strengthen, tone and increase flexibility of muscles of the pelvis, abdomen, low back, hips and thighs. The focus is on supporting overall pelvic floor health, and it can help prevent urinary incontinence. Men and women of all ages will benefit from a preventative program of pelvic exercises. (All classes will be designed to meet the needs of Beginning yogis and Advanced Beginners practicing yoga).
