Learn how to make Italian Wedding Soup (Sue Campbell), spanakopita - a savory pie of spinach with phyllo pastry (Jean Girmscheid), and tiramisu - a decadent, creamy, elegant dessert (Sharon Hill). They will demonstrate their recipes, provide students with directions and answer questions about ingredients and where to purchase or make substitutions. We will eat what we prepare!
