Substitute teaching is a rewarding job with lots of flexibility; this workshop will provide you an overview of what you need to know. Meet with an experienced substitute and building administrators to learn about topics such as: “tricks of the trade”, classroom management, learning & teaching styles, state laws related to student rights and confidentiality, and how to apply for the position. You have options about what schools you substitute in and what grade levels. Come take a step towards substitute teaching!  Follow up sessions as requested.
